The Systems Group was founded on the principle that; although highly complex media integration projects can be managed through a diligent balancing of technical knowledge, resource planning, and fiscal prudence; a truly successful project requires relationships between people.

We have built our company with people who work well together and who are motivated to understand our clients and their needs. TSG has one of the most cohesive, long-tenured senior management teams in the industry with a unique cross-departmental team approach to corporate management that results in exceptional interdepartmental and project team coordination.  Long-term tenure is not limited to our senior team, many of our 50 employees, from senior engineers to technicians, are proud to have passed their ten year anniversaries. Our people thrive on continually growing and learning and many of our staff are active in the local chapters of professional societies including AES, IEEE, NAB, PMI, SBE, and SMPTE.

TSG’s project teams really shine in the field - around the corner or around the world - our people take a hands-on, personal approach to project execution.  Our west and east coast locations have provided a solid home base to project teams both domestically and internationally.  Our people thrive on utilizing technology, collaborative processes, virtual project tools, and sheer determination to deliver projects that meet and often exceed client expectations.
