Design and Engineering

TSG begins the project design process by reviewing and defining the architectural master plan and preliminary technical design and by establishing base line operational, technical, aesthetic and implementation criteria. Through a series of meetings between your project team, TSG, and your architectural and mechanical consultants, the following project elements are reviewed and defined:

1. Preliminary facility layout and concept
2. Preliminary architectural, mechanical, electrical, and electronic signal flow requirements
3. Interior space planning, traffic flow, functional floor plans and work area relationships
4. Review and detail of equipment list
5. Electronic systems functional diagrams.

Site visit walk-throughs provide TSG with the required logistics to complete, detail and finalize system plans. Once design requirements are identified and the initial concepts and approaches for the system are approved, TSG begins the systems engineering process.
