Systems Fabrication and Integration

TSG’s fabrication efforts take place in our 20,000 sq. ft. fabrication and staging area which provides ample room for the most demanding projects, including expandable production trailers as well as systems requiring hundreds of racks. Ample storage space for equipment and materials enables our fabrication and staging areas to remain uncluttered and organized. Modern fabrication equipment and methods as well as the rigorous quality control of each cable and connection substantially reduces the time needed to test your system.

Once on-site, your project team ensures the proper placement and installation of all racks, consoles, and free-standing equipment. Racks are connected, shipped equipment and hardware is reassembled in the respective racks, cabling harnesses are connected, until each area is fully assembled. Cables running between rooms are connected to their destinations until the entire system has been installed. TSG’s on-site team and engineers work with your staff to test the entire system and conduct systems.
