Project Planning and Procurement

As an added service, your project benefits from our volume purchasing agreements with technology vendors, which can equate to substantial savings during the course of your project. Our planning team plays a pivotal role in the budget analysis, cost estimation, and scheduling development of your project and can help you negotiate arrangements with union labor groups, coordinate design review with architects, as well as provide applications engineering support. 

From there, our procurement team handles the entire procurement process including: purchasing, tracking and follow-up, receiving and warehousing, material and equipment quality control, inventory control, and vendor relations. Your project team is constantly aware of the status of all ordered equipment and materials as well as the location of all received items through our rigorous inventory control system.
